The experience behind Xandyr spans more than 20 years of hands-on technology work, including IT leadership, Microsoft 365, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and supporting organizations where technology has to be both secure and practical.
That experience is delivered through a deliberately lean model. Clients work directly with the person designing the strategy and doing the work, without layers of account management, oversized contracts, or unnecessary complexity.
The result is senior-level guidance that is right-sized for smaller organizations, with project work scoped around what the business actually needs.

Growing organizations often reach an awkward middle ground. Technology matters too much to manage casually, but hiring a full-time senior IT leader may not make sense yet.

Xandyr Technology Solutions is named after Xandyr, my original pitbull and best friend for nearly 17 years. He was a constant presence through a huge portion of my life, and naming the company after him felt like the right way to carry a piece of that connection forward.
That connection also shapes how we want the company to give back. As Xandyr Technology Solutions grows, a portion of our proceeds will support dog rescue and welfare organizations doing meaningful work in care, rehabilitation, and adoption.
